What a sample is for
A sample is a short slice of the same CSV/Excel layout as the paid file. Use it to check columns, encodings, and whether your CRM import mapping works — before you send US $50–$1499 on WhatsApp. It is not the full database and it is not a licence to mail the sample rows as a campaign.

How to import a sample
- 1Download. Use the .xlsx links on this page. Excel and Google Sheets both open them.
- 2Inspect columns. B2B samples show company and title; B2C samples show first/last/city. Profession samples show vertical titles.
- 3Map in the CRM. Create the field map once. Paid files use the same headers.
- 4Do not mail the sample as production. It is a layout check, not your audience.
- 5Then buy. Message WhatsApp with the product name from the catalogue.
